Return policy
Returns
If for any reason there is a defect in our product or an item was damaged in transit, the customer has 7 calendar days from date of receipt to notify us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping of damaged items and a replacement will be shipped back to you.
To start the return process, contact us at theblanksdepot@gmail.com. Please be sure to include your name, order number and picture of the damaged item.
Once your return is accepted we will send you an email to inform you where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds however, if for any reason a replacement cannot be sent we will issue you a store credit.
Order Cancellation
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
